Two panels. First panel - open house. Man with back to us is looking at a house. His agent in a garish suit beckons him towards the door saying, “It’s a bit dated, but it’s got good bones!”. Panel 2: Doctor’s office. Same man from panel is is looking at an X-Ray of the house. The X-Ray shows deterioration throughout. The doctor points at a section saying “These bones are riddled with osteoporosis.
